Once I saw the prompt for this DS106 assignment I knew that I wanted to do a historic, black and white picture that was well known throughout the country. But also I knew I wanted to have a little fun with it so I did two things. Firstly when I took the picture of myself I made a comical face to add a bit of my personality to the photo. And I also was inspired by Where’s Waldo so I put myself in the crowd for the reader to find. Making this photo was fairly simple I just downloaded photoshop, made the Martin Luther King photo the background, placed the photo of myself where I wanted it, and cut surrounding objects in the background and placed them in front of me to show depth of field.
